Хто ми

Сервіс «Запитай» надає [ПІБ або назва ФОП]. Контакт для питань щодо даних: [email].

Які дані ми збираємо

• Реєстрація. Якщо ти реєструєшся, ми просимо ім’я, прізвище й електронну пошту (для входу кодом з листа) та підтвердження, що тобі є 18 років. Дату народження ми лише перевіряємо в момент реєстрації й не зберігаємо; зберігаємо тільки факт підтвердження 18+.
• Дані входу (за бажанням). Коли ти входиш через Google або Facebook, ми отримуємо адресу електронної пошти, ім’я та фото профілю, які ці сервіси передають за твоєю згодою. Пароля від Google чи Facebook ми не бачимо.
• Твої розклади. Питання, вибрані карти й тлумачення, які ти отримуєш. Не пиши в питаннях того, що не хочеш передавати стороннім сервісам.
• Фото карт. Якщо ти завантажуєш фото для розпізнавання, воно надсилається на розпізнавання й не зберігається у нас.
• Оплати. Номер замовлення, суму й статус. Дані банківської картки обробляє monobank (еквайринг), ми їх не отримуємо.
• Гостьовий режим. Якщо ти платиш без реєстрації, ми створюємо анонімний профіль без імені й пошти, щоб зв’язати оплату з тлумаченням. Він зберігається в твоєму браузері.
• Мова. Обрану мову інтерфейсу ми зберігаємо в твоєму браузері. Для автоматичного вибору мови використовуємо мови браузера, часовий пояс і сайт, з якого ти прийшов(ла); ці дані ми не записуємо.

Навіщо

Щоб створити акаунт, показати тлумачення, вести облік безкоштовних тлумачень, прийняти оплату та захистити сервіс від зловживань.

Кому ми передаємо дані (обробники)

• Supabase — база даних і автентифікація.
• Anthropic — ШІ, який складає тлумачення: отримує твоє питання, назви карт і, за потреби, фото.
• monobank — приймання оплат карткою.
• Google та Meta (Facebook) — вхід у акаунт.

Скільки зберігаємо

Доки існує твій акаунт. Після видалення акаунта ми видаляємо профіль, історію тлумачень і замовлення, окрім записів, які ми зобов’язані зберігати за законом (наприклад, облікові документи про оплати).

Твої права й видалення даних

Ти можеш будь-коли видалити акаунт і всі дані: увійди в «Запитай» і натисни «Видалити акаунт» унизу головної сторінки. Якщо не можеш увійти, напиши на [email] із зазначенням адреси, з якою входив(ла), і ми видалимо дані.

Інструкція з видалення даних для Facebook

Якщо ти входив(ла) через Facebook: (1) відкрий «Запитай» і натисни «Видалити акаунт», або (2) напиши на [email]. Також можна прибрати доступ застосунку у налаштуваннях Facebook («Застосунки та сайти»). Після видалення акаунта дані зникають з нашої бази.

Cookies і локальне сховище

Браузер зберігає сеанс входу, обрану мову та локальну історію розкладів. Рекламних трекерів немає.

Who we are

The Zapytai service is provided by [name or business name]. Contact for data questions: [email].

What data we collect

• Registration. When you register, we ask for your first name, last name and email address (to sign in with a code sent by email) and for confirmation that you are 18 or older. We only check your date of birth at sign-up and do not store it; we keep only the fact that 18+ was confirmed.
• Sign-in data (optional). When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive the email address, name and profile picture that these services share with your consent. We never see your Google or Facebook password.
• Your readings. Your questions, the cards drawn and the readings you receive. Do not write anything in a question that you do not want to pass to third-party services.
• Photos of cards. If you upload a photo for recognition, it is sent for recognition and is not stored by us.
• Payments. Order number, amount and status. Card details are processed by the payment provider (monobank acquiring); we do not receive them.
• Guest mode. If you pay without registering, we create an anonymous profile without a name or email so that the payment can be linked to the reading. It is kept in your browser.
• Language. We store your chosen interface language in your browser. To pick a language automatically we use your browser languages, time zone and the site you came from; we do not record this data.

Why

To create an account, show readings, keep track of free readings, accept payment and protect the service from abuse.

Who we share data with (processors)

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Anthropic — the AI that writes the readings: receives your question, card names and, if needed, a photo.
• monobank — card payments.
• Google and Meta (Facebook) — account sign-in.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your profile, reading history and orders, except records we are required by law to keep (for example, accounting documents about payments).

Your rights and data deletion

You can delete your account and all your data at any time: sign in to Zapytai and press “Delete account” at the bottom of the home page. If you cannot sign in, write to [email] with the address you signed in with and we will delete the data.

Facebook data deletion instructions

If you signed in with Facebook: (1) open Zapytai and press “Delete account”, or (2) write to [email]. You can also remove the app in your Facebook settings (“Apps and Websites”). After the account is deleted, the data disappears from our database.

Cookies and local storage

Your browser stores your sign-in session, chosen language and local reading history. There are no advertising trackers.

Welche Daten wir erheben

• Registrierung. Bei der Registrierung fragen wir Vor- und Nachnamen und E-Mail-Adresse (für die Anmeldung per Code aus der E-Mail) sowie die Bestätigung ab, dass du mindestens 18 bist. Dein Geburtsdatum prüfen wir nur bei der Registrierung und speichern es nicht; gespeichert wird nur, dass 18+ bestätigt wurde.
• Anmeldedaten (optional). Wenn du dich mit Google oder Facebook anmeldest, erhalten wir E-Mail-Adresse, Namen und Profilbild, die diese Dienste mit deiner Einwilligung übermitteln. Dein Google- oder Facebook-Passwort sehen wir nie.
• Deine Legungen. Deine Fragen, die gezogenen Karten und die Deutungen, die du erhältst. Schreibe in Fragen nichts, was du nicht an externe Dienste weitergeben möchtest.
• Fotos von Karten. Wenn du ein Foto zur Erkennung hochlädst, wird es zur Erkennung gesendet und von uns nicht gespeichert.
• Zahlungen. Bestellnummer, Betrag und Status. Kartendaten verarbeitet der Zahlungsdienstleister (monobank); wir erhalten sie nicht.
• Gastmodus. Wenn du ohne Registrierung bezahlst, legen wir ein anonymes Profil ohne Namen und E-Mail an, um die Zahlung der Deutung zuzuordnen. Es wird in deinem Browser gespeichert.
• Sprache. Die gewählte Sprache speichern wir in deinem Browser. Für die automatische Spracherkennung nutzen wir Browsersprachen, Zeitzone und die Seite, von der du kommst; diese Daten speichern wir nicht.

Wozu

Um ein Konto anzulegen, Deutungen anzuzeigen, kostenlose Deutungen zu verwalten, Zahlungen anzunehmen und den Dienst vor Missbrauch zu schützen.

An wen wir Daten weitergeben (Auftragsverarbeiter)

• Supabase — Datenbank und Authentifizierung.
• Anthropic — die KI, die die Deutungen verfasst: erhält deine Frage, die Kartennamen und bei Bedarf ein Foto.
• monobank — Kartenzahlungen.
• Google und Meta (Facebook) — Kontoanmeldung.

Wie lange wir speichern

Solange dein Konto besteht. Wenn du dein Konto löschst, löschen wir Profil, Verlauf der Deutungen und Bestellungen, außer Daten, die wir gesetzlich aufbewahren müssen (z. B. Buchungsbelege zu Zahlungen).

Deine Rechte und Datenlöschung

Du kannst dein Konto und alle Daten jederzeit löschen: Melde dich bei Zapytai an und tippe unten auf der Startseite auf „Konto löschen“. Wenn du dich nicht anmelden kannst, schreibe an [E-Mail] mit der Adresse, mit der du dich angemeldet hast, und wir löschen die Daten.

Anleitung zur Datenlöschung bei Facebook

Wenn du dich mit Facebook angemeldet hast: (1) öffne Zapytai und tippe auf „Konto löschen“, oder (2) schreibe an [E-Mail]. Du kannst die App auch in den Facebook-Einstellungen entfernen („Apps und Websites“). Nach dem Löschen des Kontos verschwinden die Daten aus unserer Datenbank.

Cookies und lokaler Speicher

Dein Browser speichert die Anmeldesitzung, die gewählte Sprache und den lokalen Verlauf der Legungen. Es gibt keine Werbe-Tracker.

Qué datos recogemos

• Registro. Al registrarte te pedimos nombre, apellidos y correo electrónico (para entrar con un código enviado por correo) y la confirmación de que tienes 18 años o más. La fecha de nacimiento solo se comprueba en el registro y no se guarda; solo guardamos que se confirmó la mayoría de edad.
• Datos de acceso (opcional). Si entras con Google o Facebook, recibimos el correo electrónico, el nombre y la foto de perfil que esos servicios comparten con tu consentimiento. Nunca vemos tu contraseña de Google ni de Facebook.
• Tus lecturas. Tus preguntas, las cartas elegidas y las lecturas que recibes. No escribas en las preguntas nada que no quieras compartir con servicios de terceros.
• Fotos de cartas. Si subes una foto para el reconocimiento, se envía para reconocerla y no la guardamos.
• Pagos. Número de pedido, importe y estado. Los datos de la tarjeta los procesa el proveedor de pagos (monobank); nosotros no los recibimos.
• Modo invitado. Si pagas sin registrarte, creamos un perfil anónimo sin nombre ni correo para vincular el pago con la lectura. Se guarda en tu navegador.
• Idioma. Guardamos en tu navegador el idioma elegido. Para elegir el idioma automáticamente usamos los idiomas del navegador, la zona horaria y el sitio desde el que llegas; no registramos estos datos.

Para qué

Para crear una cuenta, mostrar las lecturas, llevar la cuenta de las lecturas gratuitas, aceptar pagos y proteger el servicio contra abusos.

A quién transmitimos datos (encargados del tratamiento)

• Supabase — base de datos y autenticación.
• Anthropic — la IA que redacta las lecturas: recibe tu pregunta, los nombres de las cartas y, si hace falta, una foto.
• monobank — pagos con tarjeta.
• Google y Meta (Facebook) — acceso a la cuenta.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Mientras exista tu cuenta. Al eliminarla borramos el perfil, el historial de lecturas y los pedidos, salvo los registros que la ley nos obliga a conservar (por ejemplo, documentos contables de los pagos).

Tus derechos y eliminación de datos

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y todos tus datos en cualquier momento: entra en Zapytai y pulsa «Eliminar cuenta» al final de la página principal. Si no puedes entrar, escribe a [correo electrónico] indicando el correo con el que accediste y borraremos los datos.

Instrucciones para eliminar datos de Facebook

Si entraste con Facebook: (1) abre Zapytai y pulsa «Eliminar cuenta», o (2) escribe a [correo electrónico]. También puedes quitar la aplicación en la configuración de Facebook («Aplicaciones y sitios web»). Tras eliminar la cuenta, los datos desaparecen de nuestra base de datos.
